  7. Good Morning
I and my partner have the best idea, we woould like to believe, its a true niche in the market. We went to SEDA for help but at SEDA they said we need to get a contract with a company first before they can help us fully to assign us a mentor, but we have a challenge because we are not pros in getting companies, we need help, we are afraid of proposing to a company and they steal our idea.
Even our start up capital estimate, at SEDA they told us to reduce it or no one will assist us. When we reduce the startup cost we won’t be within our plan.
We need help and advise on how to go about. We are surely guaranteed that our idea will work because its something people need, and even the lady at SEDA approved of the idea. We have been trying to get hold of minister Zulu for the past few months with no luck.

  11. Good day. We went to many departments for funding and assistance with due diligence as we need to purchase an existing company in metal industry that is relatively doing well with out complying with the B-BBEE , it’s for sale in a region of R45million rands , they have an order book of R9million rands seasonal , Monthly gross of R7million rands and they have net profit of 10% and they are running in 70% capacity ie imagine if they did comply with BEE and running in fully capacity and be able to tender and work with other parastates company, we can do that as Black’s, we are a team with relevant skills . Thanks

  12. Our place is relatively new, as a result there is no facilities or amenities. I have identified a need for kids and adults to have a place of entertainment.
I came up with an idea of opening a game shop, as a law-abiding citizen, I registered my company and informed the municipality about my initiative.
They suggested that I do a rezoning before I can open that type of establishment as my stand is mainly made for residential and not business.
Currently I am busy collecting all the information they requested me to, as soon as I am done I will submit the application.
Every time when dealing with them I sense some reluctance on their part .What recourse do I have if they decline my application?
